Upgrade Service

Please ensure the following is ready before registering your device:

1. Ensure that your A/V receiver or A/V amplifier is connected to the Internet!
   This is easy to test by simply selecting an Internet radio station and ensuring that it is correctly output by the A/V receiver. 
   Please see the corresponding pages in your Operating Manual for this.
   
   
2. Before upgrading, please update your A/V receiver and A/V amplifier to the newest firmware version via the Internet. You can find information about how to do this here.
   
   
3. Find out the MAC adress and the Upgrade ID of your A/V receiver or A/V amplifier.

Before continuing, please ensure that you have all the necessary information available:

• The Upgrade Card, which you can buy from an authorised DENON dealer. During registration, you will be asked for the Access Key which you can find out by rubbing your upgrade card.
  
  
• The serial number, the date of purchase, the dealer from which you purchased the device.
  
  
• The MAC adress and the Upgrade ID for your A/V receiver or A/V amplifier.
